PRESIDENT CALLS FOR PRAYER ...

This Is Our Suggestion For Prayer on Friday, September 14, 2001

President George W. Bush has declared a national day of prayer and remembrance for Friday, September 14th. He has asked all Americans to pray for the nation and for the families who have suffered such a great loss as a result of terror this week.

We join the President in asking all Americans to join in prayer Friday. At the same time, we ask the anti-religious zealots who operate the American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United For Separation of Church and State to just back off during this time of national suffering. We would hate to see the ACLU file hundreds of lawsuits because children prayed for the nation in the schools at the request of President Bush.

In addition we would call on Islamic leaders to publicly pray for the United States and for the families that have been so affected. I do not mean that they should say, "I will pray" but rather that they would publicly humble themselves before God and ask for forgiveness for the sins of Mohammed and for the atrocities that have been committed in Mohammed’s name not only on September 11th but throughout the last fifteen centuries. In reality there is blood on the hands of every Muslim in America, blood that needs to be washed away in public repentance and prayer.

America has suffered a great blow by turning away from the one true God and accepting all gods as equal to Him. We will continue to bleed as a nation until we return to Him. As for diversity and religious freedom in America, Muslims should have the same rights and privileges as Christians in Saudi Arabia. Muslims should be treated as equally in America as are Christians in the Sudan or in Afghanistan.

So let us pray on Friday for those who have suffered loss. Let us also pray for the deliverance of our enemies into our hands and for their swift and total defeat.
